Meet Arn Rasker:

Arn has an educational, professional, cultural, and experiential background that sets him apart from most other Real Estate professionals.

Arn has always been an adventurer at heart.  During his entire life Arn has travelled extensively, and he always looks forward to exploring new places.  He has lived in the Netherlands, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Spain, and the US.  Arn is fluent in Dutch, Spanish and English.  Arn is multi-cultural and a lover of the outdoors! He enjoys outdoor sports such as mountaineering, skiing, mountain biking and kayaking. He shares his passions for the outdoors and travel with his wife, Roseann, his son, Anders, his daughter, Kasia, and his son in law, Cody.

Arn has been passionate about Boulder and Colorado since coming to the University of Colorado to study Mechanical Engineering and Business. With over 45 years of living here, Arn knows the Boulder area inside and out.  Boulder’s proximity to Denver International Airport makes the area an ideal home base for travel enthusiasts; and yet, it’s always a pleasure to come back home.

Twenty years of design and construction of high-end custom homes gives Arn a unique perspective and knowledge of Real Estate and homes.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional and a top-producing broker in Boulder, Arn was President and General Manager of ReNové Construction, Inc., a commercial and luxury custom home construction company in Boulder.  ReNové was known for its “Building Green for Life in the Future” mission statement.  Arn is responsible for the design and construction of some of the most recognized homes in Boulder.  He has also performed significant restoration and rejuvenation projects in the Mapleton Historic District and on Landmarked homes in Boulder.  Arn’s skills toolbox includes extensive knowledge of the construction and development process in Boulder and it’s surrounding areas.
